Week 3

Week 3 weigh in came. And I was surprised. I have now lost 5.1kgs.
I am really happy with that. And I have barely exercised.
Imagine what I could do if I worked harder.

Introduction

How many blogs can one person have? well if its me, I have a few.. and the one I keep going to change is the one about me losing weight..
I have tried so many weight loss programs. One did work really well, but it was very hard to maintain. I just felt deprived.
BUT at least I know that I can do it!
As my blog name says, fitmumto5.. its an indicator of WHO I WANT TO BE not who I am now. I am already a mum of 5, I just want to be fit & healthy.

This journey starts out on the 12WBT We are currently on round 1, week 2..
